Greenway Gardens Residential Aged Care Facility


Greenway Gardens comprises a 47 bed aged care facility with an additional 7 independent living units.

Aged Care Residence - high and low care
The high and low care Aged Care residence has been purpose built and designed to provide support to people with increasing care needs.

It consists of 30 low care hostel places. The remaining 17 places are for high care dementia specific.

All of the residents rooms are beautifully decorated and include features such as large windows, each with a unique view of the facility gardens and surrounding landscape, private ensuite, spacious built-in robes, hydronic heating controls and ceiling fans for personal temperature control,adjustable bed, phone points in each room and emergency call bells in bedroom and ensuite.

Independent Living Units
The independent living units (ILU) are open and spacious and come equipped with a full kitchen and gas heating. The ILUs are as beautifully decorated as residents rooms in the main residence, and also include emergency call bells connected to the main residence and a private courtyard.

Independent Living Units are designed for those individuals who wish to be part of an aged care community, but who are able to manage their care needs. Should care needs increase, residents have the possibility to move into a high or low care place in the main residence.
