Directors

Richard Jenkings

collaborates with the General Manager-Operations in the strategic management of the portfolio of Gold Age &Affiliate residential aged care facilities. He is also Chair of the Board of Directors of Gold Age.


Richard has extensive experience in the aged care industry, having spent over 26 years in residential and supported residential aged care. Richard is also a Director of the Peak Body, Aged and Community Care of Victoria (ACCV).


In addition to being one of the Gold Age Directors, he is also a proprietor of a Gold Age-affiliated aged care residence.

Dr Susan Alberti AO HonLLD

has received the Order of Australia and an Honorary Letter of Laws from Monash University for her work as a campaigner and fundraiser for juvenile diabetes. She is the chair of the St. Vincent's Institute Foundation and National President of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation and Director of the Australian centre for Health and Research.


Sue is also the co-founder and Managing Director of DANSU Constructions Pty Ltd. Sue formed a partnership with the other Gold Age Directors because she sees aged care as an area of increasing community need.

Frank Pellicano

is the owner of Pellicano Builders, a well-known and respected commercial building company.

Pellicano Builders use their building experience to create spacious, comfortable aged care residences that meet the needs of residents.

General Manager - Operations

Meigan Lefebure

assumed the role of General Manager-Operations on Monday 16 November 2009.

Meigan teams with, and provides leadership to, our Corporate Management Group.
 
With close to twenty years experience in the residential aged care sector as a prominent registered nurse and manager, Meigan has a demonstrated record of leadership, strategic and financial management as a Facility Manager, Chief Executive Officer, State Operations Manager and a National Manager in Compliance.
 
Meigan is also a Director of the Peak Body, Aged and Community Care of Victoria (ACCV).

Executive Manager - Business Development

Janet Casey

recently accepted the role that is critical to the growth and improvement of services in the Gold Age Group.  Janet is a registered nurse with a wealth of management and business development experience.
